Wal-Mart Sued for Wage Theft

Reuters reports that a new lawsuit has been filed in Chicago seeking class action status for employees who allege that Wal-Mart and two of its staffing agencies required temporary employees to show up early to work, to work late and to work through their lunch breaks without pay.
