How Much Facebook Policing is Too Much?

Social media has presented a particular problem for employees and employers over the last couple of years. How much privacy does an employee deserve with regard to comments made to “friends” on his or her own time on Facebook, Twitter and the like? To what degree can an employer police Facebook pages of its employees and protect its own good name? These are hard questions that we are going to be grappling with for some time as our very concept of privacy changes.
