Bush's NLRB Legacy
Ross Runkle over at Ross' Employment Law Blog has begun an excellent series on President Bush's NLRB Legacy. In part 1 he addressed the Bush Board's elimination of Weingarten rights for non-union employees. Part 2 address restrictions on employee use of employer's email for union solicitation.

I understand that the Board currently is operating with two members. Isn't it supposed to be five and isn't this illegal? I think charges cannot be properly investigated because of this fact alone and approproate action needs to be taken with congress for a complete investigation.
