Blog in Progress - Please Stand By.
As you may have noticed, we are still doing some renovations here at HR Lawyers' Blog. We have added categories to the column at the right because people search for things by category a lot more often than they do by date. Oddly enough, the major blogging engines designed for people with virtually no technical skills at all (like me): Blogger and Typepad, do not easily provide category searching. It took a little while but I found a way around this within the blogger system using their internal search engine system and some scripts that another blogger was good enough to provide. It will take some time before the older posts start to filter into the appropriate section, as I have to go through them and tag them with a category tag.
